• Vraag je herstel aan voor 9u op maandag tot en met vrijdag en we proberen je dezelfde werkdag te helpen. 
  Aanvragen die na 9u zijn ingediend worden de volgende werkdag behandeld. 
  Nadat je dit formulier hebt ingevuld, zul je een mail ontvangen met meer informatie over je herstel.
  
  
• Your bike will be repaired at the location you choose below.
  
  
• The bicycle mechanic will call you when on site. If you don't answer the phone or are not present at the agreed time, the repair cannot proceed.
  
  
• Transport fees and working hours are paid by UGent, any parts are at your expense. We kindly request cashless payment.
