Small, urgent repairs
At your location
- Request your repair before 9 AM from Monday to Friday, and we will try to assist you on the same business day. Requests submitted after 9 AM will be processed the next business day. After you have filled out this form, you will receive an email with more information.
- Your bike will be repaired at the repair shop of Provinciehuis
- The bike mechanic will call you when he or she is on site. If you cannot answer the phone or are not present at the agreed time, the repair cannot proceed.
- For each repair, a minimum of 15 minutes of work time will be charged, even if you do not show up.
- You pay for the labor hours and any bicycle parts. We kindly ask for cashless payment.
- During on-site repairs, we only perform small, urgent repairs (on tires, brakes, lights, chain, and gears) - to ensure that you can safely ride your bike home. We also only carry out the repairs that have been requested in advance. For larger or non-urgent repairs, you can bring your bike to Bike point Gent-Sint-Pieters, Onder De Krook, or Dampoort, or another bike repair location.
